In January of 2011, I became the first plastic surgeon in the U.S. to integrate the FDA approved Lipokit/Adivive stem cell system (from South Korea) into my practice. Since this system was licensed by Palomar Medical and I was already using their SlimLipo laser for neck tightening, I combined the two technologies to develop a totally non surgical face and neck lifting procedure. The same year I coined the acronym OPERA Lift (ObiPalomarExternalRejuvenationAesthetics) primarily as a teaching tool for my colleagues. Since then, I have used this approach in more than 150 patients with great success. Soon after my first case, I combined the use of PRP (platelet rich plasma) with the stem cell fat for less bruising and an enhanced survival of the fat graft. With additional refinements I am experiencing long-term results not even experienced with traditional facelifts.

Our $3900 special OPERA LIFT MINOR is performed under local anesthesia. This includes Adivive™ stem cell concentrated large volume (40 cc), long lasting filler to the face plus a $200 gift certificate for Renaissance. Downtime is usually 5 to 7 days.
OPERA LIFT MINOR
OPERA LIFT MAJOR includes the addition of PRP (platelet rich plasma) and SlimLipo neck tightening (up to 65 cc of Adivive stem cell fat is used with an average take of 70%). This procedure is performed with twilight anesthesia (IV sedation) and results are more dramatic. The cost is around $5900.

OPERA LIFT MAJOR PLUS is performed with a variety of surgical procedures including any of the following: LJO brow lift, eyelid surgery, surgical facelift and surgical neck lift. Fees vary according to the surgical procedures performed. Below is a patient pictured eight days after surgery.
