The below failed breast reconstruction patient was offered a complicated back flap (latissimus dorsi flap) procedure by her out of town plastic surgeon. The use of lasers, silk mesh, 410 implants and stem cells produced a successful result without distant flaps thereby avoiding repeated complications and excessive scarring.
