In 2008, Dr. Lewis Obi became one of the first providers of the laser lipolysis body sculpting platform known as SlimLipo™, later named LifeSculpt™. Palomar Medical Technology Inc. of Boston dedicated ten years of research identifying wave lengths that safely melt fat and also tighten skin. This culminated into a solid state continuous wave length diode laser unsurpassed by any other laser platform. Clinical applications were pioneered by Dr. Lewis Obi and presented at a dozen or more advanced symposiums world wide. He has treated more than 1,000 patients with no serious complications and with extraordinary clinical results.
At the Lewis Obi Plastic Surgery Clinic we provide our patients with an affordable choice of body contouring procedures every spring. Total abdomen, waist and flanks(circumferential torso) $4,500-5,000 depending on BMI. Anterior (front) of abdomen only as low as $3,500. Thighs $3,500- $4,500. You may add arms and/or neck at 1/2 usual fee.
Average patient may return to work in two days and on the beach within five days. Dr. Lewis Obi was the first to introduce scarless SlimLipo laser breast lifting with both primary augmentations and breast implant revisions (see below).
Dr. Lewis Obi’s OPERA lift combines the use of stem cell fat grafting to the face with SlimLipo laser tightening of the neck. This may be performed with all of the above.
