Over a period of decades, Dr. Lewis Obi has been in the forefront of plastic surgery innovations particularly in the area of breast surgery. Early in his practice he was one of the first to introduce saline implants in the United States. Early last year he was one of the first to introduce the Natrelle 410 (gummy bear) implants along with the Vectra XT 3D imaging.
Dr. Lewis Obi is perhaps the first plastic surgeon to simultaneously combine the LJO Scarless Laser Lift, Seri Mesh and stem cell fat grafting. Also inserting 410 implants via areolar incisions for breast augmentations, revisions and reconstructions offers a novel and minimal scar result for patients. This diverse combination of techniques and technology insures optimal results and symmetry without unsightly scars. The advanced 3D and video imaging assists in planning and provides patients with photographic results prior to surgery.
The above patient consulted with Dr. Lewis Obi after two sets of implants over a 20 year period. Complaints included firmness, asymmetry and saggy breasts. After 3D imaging and 360 video assessment, 410 (gummy bear) implant replacements was performed. At the same time a scarless laser breast lift was performed as well as laser tightening of the abdomen.
