Driving Directions to Dr. Lewis Obi's Plastic Surgery Center in Jacksonville, Florida
From the Beaches - Take J. Turner Butler Blvd., west to the Southside Blvd., and exit North on Southside Blvd. Proceed to Beach Blvd. using the exit ramp before the Beach Blvd. overpass. At the base of the ramp, turn left (West) towards downtown on Beach Blvd. and proceed towards University Blvd. Just before University Blvd., look for Hickman Rd., on the left. Turn left into Hickman Rd. and proceed (Behind Memorial Hospital) to The Samuel Wells Office Park on the left. Turn left into The Samuel Wells Office Park and our practice is the on the far side of the first group of buildings on the right, Suite 603 & 604.
From Downtown Jacksonville - Leave downtown via the Main Street bridge and take I-95 South. Immediately start looking for and take the first Beaches Exit Atlantic Blvd. / Beach Blvd. After exiting I-95 stay to the left and take SR 90 / Beach Blvd. at the “Y” in the road. Once headed East on Beach Blvd., proceed to University Blvd. Just after the Walgreens Pharmacy on the far right corner, look for Hickman Rd., on the right. Turn right into Hickman Rd. and proceed (Behind Memorial Hospital) to The Samuel Wells Office Park on the left. Turn left into The Samuel Wells Office Park and our practice is the on the far side of the first group of buildings on the right, Suite 603 & 604.
From I-95 – Our offices are located behind Memorial Hospital on University Blvd.
If you are coming from the North, simply take the University Blvd. Exit East. The loop will take you under the overpass you just crossed and you will be headed towards the intersection of Beach Blvd and University Blvd., just after Memorial Hospital.
If you are coming from the South you will have to take the Bowden Rd. off ramp. This is the overpass before University Blvd. At the base of the ramp, turn right but be ready to change lanes all the way over to the left turn lane at the light you can see from the bottom of the Bowden Rd. exit ramp. At the light, turn left onto Spring Park Rd., (North) Spring Park with take you to University Blvd., at the next light. Turn right on University and head East towards the Intersection of University Blvd. and Beach Blvd., just after Memorial Hospital.
As you pass Memorial Hospital on the right, be prepared to turn right (East) on Beach Blvd. Just after the Walgreens Pharmacy on the corner, look for Hickman Rd., on the right. Turn right into Hickman Rd. and proceed (Behind Memorial Hospital) to The Samuel Wells Office Park on the left. Turn left into The Samuel Wells Office Park and our practice is the on the far side of the first group of buildings on the right, Suite 603 & 604.
